Cancellation and Refund Policy
GmatJump provides digital access as soon as payment is confirmed. All purchases are final, subject to the exceptions below.
Updated
No cancellation or change-of-mind refund
Purchases do not renew automatically. Once access starts, you cannot cancel the order or receive a refund because you changed your mind, did not use the service, or expected a different practice result.
Payment errors
Email support@gmatjump.com if a failed transaction debited your account, you were charged twice for one order, or payment succeeded but access did not start. We will check the payment record and correct a confirmed error.
What to send
Include your account email, payment or order reference, date, and amount. Never send card details, CVV, PIN, or OTP. Any approved return goes to the original payment method.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.
