GmatJump is a digital service. We do not ship a physical product or charge for shipping.
Updated
When access starts
Paid access starts immediately after the payment provider confirms your payment. The plan, access period, price, and currency shown at checkout apply to that order. Prices are currently shown in US dollars.
Delivery confirmation
Your account will show your access after delivery. We may also send a confirmation email.
If access is missing
Refresh your account and confirm that you used the same email at checkout. If access is still missing, email support@gmatjump.com with your account email, payment or order reference, date, and amount.
